Surigao Festival 2006

This was my first experience of a Philippino street festival & what a sight & sound treat it was ! The vibrant colours, the beautiful women dancing to the music ringing out from the steel drums (caribean style), the sun shining down & such a great community spirit. An experience not to be easily forgotten.
