Elegant European 2-Storey House Fully Furnished. Casay is a small peaceful barangay between Argao and Dalaguete. Approx 500 m up the hill is the place of our lot. The lot area is 1, 256sqm., and titled. The house was built March 2004 with a floor area of 604sqm. It is a well designed house with big rooms and with separate living areas downstairs and upstairs. The house is now 4 years old and well maintained. The split type air conditioning unit in the living area and master’s bedroom were used only during hot summer month. You can always feel the coolness inside of the house due to the wind coming from the beach. The kitchen is a modern electric European style. In the dressing room there is a slide for the dirty clothes with washing machine waiting downstairs.
